From the moment our Members arrive, to the moment they leave, they know that they have been in a very special little world that has been a well loved, well kept secret in Edinburgh since 1882.

Meet the Management Team:




  Operations Manager: Craig Cusack












Craig has recenty taken over the Operations Manager role at the baths after spending the last 2 years as Duty Manager.  Craig has had 2 spells with us starting as Leisure Attendant and has worked at the baths for a total of 7 years. He has been involved in the leisure industry for over 14 years which has included time spent working in United States of America and New Zealand.  

He is very keen to get going in this new role and hopes to continue the great traditions of the club.

Duty Manager: Jorge Palmero












Jorge started his career in the leisure industry in 2005 where he worked as a leisure attendant at a private holiday park. In the same year he joined Drumsheugh Baths Club as a casual member of staff before being given the opportunity to take on the role on a permanent basis.

Over time Jorge stepped in as relief Duty Manager to allow him to gain valuable knowledge of how the Club is run. In 2007, Jorge was appointed full-time Duty Manager, one of three, where his main role is to support the manager in the daily running of the Club.



Duty Manager: Kelly Rocks












Kelly has worked in the leisure industry for a number of years working in both private and public sectors where she has gained valuable experience in working in a number of roles. Kelly started working with Drumsheugh Baths Club in January 2016 as a casual staff member before being appointed in April 2016 on a permanent basis. In August 2016 Kelly was appointed as a Full-Time Duty Manager.

Kelly will oversee the Memberships and will work closely with the Operations Manager in regards to the ongoing updating of the Health & Safety folders.
