6.30pm- 7.30pm: H.I.T (High Intensity Training) with Ainzlie
Come and join in with this whole body work out, incorporating three different classes Metafit,Insanity,Circuit Training.
11.30am – 12.45pm: Yoga with Frances
Tuesday morning yoga sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, and encourage self-observation and awareness.
6.30pm – 7.30pm: Body Core and Conditioning with Ainzlie
The ultimate all-round body work out. This class is designed to improve strength and muscle tone for the whole body.
6.30pm – 7.30pm: BodyBalance with Sara
An Infusion of Pilates, Tai-Chi and Yoga. This class aims to develop balance, flexibility and strength, renewing the mind and body.
10.15am – 11.00am: AquaFit with Marc
Aquafit consists of 45 minutes of exercise in the water and is a great, low impact way to work your body at your own pace. These fun, energetic classes are set to music and all levels of fitness and ability are welcome.
6.30pm – 7.30pm: Yoga with Arlene
Suitable for all the Thursday evening class utilises styles of yoga to provide a relaxing yet energising experience. The focus is on breathing, stretching the spine and developing strength and stamina.
Friday 10.15am – 11.00am: Pilates Beginners with Marc
Friday 11.15am – 12.00pm: Pilates Improvers with Marc
Pilates builds overall body strength and tone with a particular focus on core stability. During this mat based class you will also increase body awareness and mobility, whilst relaxing and energising your mind. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
